Twelve minutes. Once a week. Honest answers only.

Do this at the end of your writing week. Not Monday morning. The end of the last session, when the work is still warm.

The craft question

What is the film really about right now? Write one sentence. Do not look at last week's answer first. Compare afterward.

The six checks

  1. Open Projects. Is the Current Goal still true? If not, rewrite it in one sentence.
  2. Check which draft is active in Draft Log. Is the status correct?
  3. Review the scenes that still move the story in Scene Breakdown. Cut or archive anything that no longer earns its place.
  4. Log one new decision in Decision Log. Even a small one. If you made no decisions this week, write why.
  5. Check the current milestone in Development Roadmap. Move it if needed.
  6. Update Next Critical Step in your project. One sentence, no hedging.

After the review

Close this page. Open My Film. Start the next session from there.
